You all know what an admin is, but the four Faction Heads are sort of strange. Here's some stuff about what being a Faction Head actually means.

1. My server does not use the Factions, or any, plugin. Realms just doesn't support them (yet.)

2. There are four Factions, which can be viewed on ther respective page. Also, if you feel like using Weebly or such to make a faction site, please do. I would love that.

3. The Heads are in charge of their respective Faction.

4. Heads cannot use commands or Creative Mode. Those rights are limited to the admins.

5. In order to become a Head, you must either make a forum post with your reasoning and pics/video of any significant achievements you have done on Minecraft (server or otherwise) related to that faction. (i.e. large contraption that spawns pigs amed Sheldon for engineer.) There also must be at least two players in the faction for there to be a Head.

6. Heads are mostly referred to as High [Faction Name].

7. By "leader of the faction" I mean that they decorate the base, manage materials for the faction, and make regular posts on the status of that faction. Being a Head does not mean that you are a forum moderator.

8. Faction Heads get a special item. There is only one of this item, and is passed to the next Head.

9. Heads have 2 months "in office" but can serve repeatedly IF nobody wants to replace them. THe old Head could then try to come back.

10. The Diamond, Iron, and Nether Armies are still in Zamoria and have no relation to the current manifestation of Suncraft. Priveleges from those factions do not carry over.

11. Being a Faction Head is one prerequisite to becoming an Admin. If you do, you will join the Staff faction, of which I am the technical Head. Keep this in mind.

Have fun in your Factions!
